AOE 2: Attila the Hun: The Great Ride

Image
The main objective of this Mission is to defeat Rome. But, at the start we wont be having any base, to build our millitary upon. So, we have to raid small empires in the map to get resources to establish a base. Since, this is a raid, there is no need to tear down all the structures. Getting resources from the small Empires is very easy and goes as follows. First one is Sofia. On destroying the town center, it gives some food. Next is Dyrrhachium who gives some troops. But, there is a catch. The troops are stationed near a Castle. So, you have to be quick enough to break the walls and get the troops out from there. I lost some of my horses, while breaking down the walls. Next comes Thessalonica, who gives Villagers on destroying all the houses. But, I cant built my base, even after getting the villagers as the wood was 0. So, I continues my raid. Then comes Adrianople with few monks and watch towers. Only the monks have to be killed and there is no need to go near the watch towers. Des...

AOE 2: Attila the Hun: The Scourge of God

Image
Yesterday, I started Attila the Hun Campaign on hard difficulty level and completed the The Scourge of God mission. On game start Bleda, the king of Huns challenges Attila for a contest. Some speeches goes on for a minute between Attila and Bleda. Then, Bleda betrays Attila, changes the diplomacy to Enemy. But Attila will be having some loyal followers. With their help, kill Bleda and all the remaining units and empire of Bleda becomes Attilas'. Make all your units to attack Bleda, so that the remaining unit of Bleda gets converted into Attilas' after Bleda is killed. Then, I started building my Empire. My gameplay style is build a strong empire with defensive forts, then create a large army and raid other civilizations. In this game also, I started gathering resources at light speed with nearly 50 villagers and establised a defensive territory. Then, I created a big army of Skirmishers and Cavalry. Also, I created a dozen of Battering Rams to tear down the structures ...

Age of Empires 2: The Conquerors Expansion

Image
Age of Empires 2: Age of Kings and Age of Empires 2: Conquerors are finest Real Time Strategy Games I have played. The game focuses on building towns, gathering resources, creating armies, and destroying enemy units and buildings. Players conquer rival towns and empires as they advance their own civilization through four "Ages": the Dark Age, the Feudal Age, the Castle Age (The Middle Age), and the Imperial Age, reminiscent of the Renaissance—a 1000 year timeframe. Progressing to a new Age unlocks new units, structures and technologies, but players must pay a sum of resources and construct certain buildings before advancing. Players choose to play as one of 13 civilizations split into four architectural styles, West European, Central European, Middle Eastern, and Far Eastern, that determine building appearance in-game. The civilizations have varying strengths and weaknesses with regards to economics, technology, and battle, and each has access to a different, very powerful ...

Game Plan

No No.. I am not gonna write about the movie Game Plan here. Just writing my thoughts of what to play next. Evil Dead Regeneration is over and I am not going to play Sins of a Solar Empire anymore. It eats up too much time and I cant afford that much time for a single game. Also, my poor 80GB hard disk is full now. So, I have to clean up junks, make some free space and download some new games. Since, I havenot played my favourite genre, RPG for a while, I thought of playing Morrowind. But, I dont have that game now. Hope will find some torrent soon. Also, I have Gothic 1. But, I am not gonna play it again, as I already finised it two times. So, I go back to Last Chaos till I get Morrowind. I played Oblivion a long back without any graphics card at the worst graphics settings. I completed only the main quests, because the game will lag like a** in my Computer. I am waiting to play Oblivion again as soon as I upgraded my system. So, till then, I play Morrowind.

Evil Dead: OVER

After going through that Peeper in the shipyard, Ash will encounter a boss monster, Chomper. This guy is not hard to kill. This creepy monster become vulnerable for a few seconds, after it attacks you with its tail, as its tail got stuck in the ground. So, just look for this time, and attack the Chomper. Also, its very easy to evade all its attack. So, killing this boss monster, Chomper is just a piece of cake. The Swamps: Then you come to the Swamps. Once in here, I played as Sam and that one is the toughest place I ever seen in this game. I dont know whether I played it in the right way or wrong way. The thing to do is simple take possession of Sam, run like hell towards the big deadite to ride it. But on the way, Sam will encounter several Bloated Deadites which will simple come near him and explodes, killing Sam. I tried to reach that Big Deadite several time, but killed by those nasty Bloated Deadites several times. I tried nearly 20 times, then only I succeeded. This part is mo...

A Small time freeze for my Gaming World

I m going on a Vacation today and will come back only after two weeks, that I am not certain. So, till then, bye bye to gaming. I played Evil Dead and Sins of a Solar Empire yesterday. No time to post about them now. I ll post about those, after I come back from my Vacation. Till then, Bye

Last Chaos: Leveling after a Long Time and good PVP

I logged into Last Chaos, to level, after a long time. So, I went to Jail, and grinded there for a while. Then I saw a guy from ThePhoenix guild, which is in out KoS list. His name is ZAKNAFEIN and I rushed to him and started to attack. Immediately, he repelled and two hitted me down. Again, I tried to kill him, but in vein. Then called LadyVi from my guild for help, but nothing happens, as he didnt come out from the safe zone for a long time. In the middle, a rogue tried to kill me and he did some good damage too. Immediately I swithced to my shield, stunned him and kicked his butt to mud... It was a nice PVP. Then grinded for an hour and got some 10% increase in my xp. Have to grind more and level up fast today night. Later

Counter Strike Condition Zero: Hardy

As a result of some awesome planning and repeated gaming, I completed the second and third Tour of Dutys' in hard difficulty level. But, the fourth Tour of Duty is an impossible a**. In that, there is a challenge where you have to kill 3 of your enemies with knife in a single round, which is impossible for me. I played that game nearly 100 times, but didnt succeed. Tomorrow, planned to play the game in Expert difficutly level... Lets see whats in it... Ya, I know, screenshots are missing for Counter Strike. I will surely post some nice screenshots in the next post.. Till then, Bye

Evil Dead: Journey Continues

Image
Now I am in the woods. Here, fought a bunch of weak deadites and after sometime, possesed Sam and ride a big Deadite. Then, some high tense hack n smack will be there, which is followed by a short video, in which Ash got a brand new weapon, The Harpoon Gun. Also, a new kind of deadite, Harpy, comes hereafter. Then Ash go through a series of underground mines and finally come to Forsaken Mines. In Forsaken Mines, Ash's favourite Monster, Peeper is there. So, Ash and Sam plays some soul catching games and finally goes through the Peeper to encounter a Boss Monster, Big Miner. This Monster is not so cool. He is very easy to kill. Ash even need not go close to him to perform Melee attacks. What I done is, circled around him evading the stones that fall and shooting him all the time with my Shot gun. In the middle, I turned Evil Ash(turned on Rage mode) and this makes my process fast. I took him down at ease. Then, Ash comes to a Shipyard, where another Peeper is waiting for Ash. Here...

Counter Strike Condition Zero

I now added Counter Strike Condition Zero to my gameplay list which already includes, Evil Dead Regeneration, Sins of a Solar Empire and Last Chaos. And I am not going to post anything about this game, as I done for the other games. Because, If you are a gamer and If you dont know counter strike already, then you are a noob. I got Condition Zero from my friend. This is one of my favourite game and I played it before and completed all Tour of Duties in medium difficulty. Now, I started to play this game again at Hard difficult level and completed the Tour of Duty 1. This game is terriblyyy hard to play at Hard difficulty level. It took one whole day for me, just to complete 3 missions in the Tour of Duty 1. I am sure that I am not gonna complete all the Duties. But, I wont give up now, I will try my level best to finish them all. More Later with screenshots

Sins of a Solar Empire: Won!!!

I won the Huge Random Map, that I was playing for about two weeks. In the End, I colonized 80% of planets in 2 star systems, wiped out all other players, except my Ally. But, hereafter, I surely wont play this Huge Random Map. It become very boring in its second half. But, I have to try out the other two Civilizations. So will be playing some medium sized map soon. And for those, who like to visit my Virtual Chennai and to check out the advanced techs like Novalith Canon, I give a link here to my saved file. Feel free to check it out

Evil Dead: Creepy

Image
This game is very fun to play. The combat is not like Point and Shoot, you click anywhere and Ash will automatically aim and shoot the nearest enemy and also you will have unlimited ammunition. So, I thought this game will be little bit boring. But after an hour of play, I found this game very addictive. Because, on fighting the boss monsters like the Electric Deadite, you have to think strategically and implement your plan with perfect timing. Then only you can succeed. And, you pal, half human and half deadite, Sam keeps the game interesting with his nooby speeches. Also, the game has some puzzles here and there. Overall, the game is good. On start of the game, Ash wont be having any weapon. But will get a pistol soon. You have to play with this weapon for a while. Ash will be roaming in a dark haunted building at the start with some leaky electric flow on his path. Inside this haunted building, Ash will encounter laughing doors, furnitures, large number of bunch of deadites, an elec...

Evil Dead: Journey into a Horror Land

Evil Dead: Regeneration follows a new storyline, but it has all the trappings of the movies so fans have nothing to fear. In the beginning of the game Ash is in a cabin, when all of a sudden a bunch of deadites show up and start tearing the place apart. What else is a wisecracking action hero to do but to start dishing out heaping helpings of hot lead? Ash wins the day, but to the authorities it doesn't look so heroic. To them, it looks like Ash went on a rampage and wasted a bunch of innocent people. So Ash is convicted of murder, but his insistence that the people he killed were possessed lands him in Sunny Meadows, an asylum for the criminally insane. Coincidentally, in the basement of that asylum, Dr. Vingo is carrying out all kinds of morbid experiments with the Necronomicon (the book that caused all this trouble in the first place). Eventually all hell breaks loose, and Ash is charged with the task of saving the world and defeating the twisted Dr. Vingo. Gameplay: The gamepla...
