Tomb Raider - Peru: The Tomb of Qualopec

Image
This is a Small and the final area of Peru. Lara comes to a place, with a tribal face drawn on the ground. Exactly at the the front of that face, there is an elevated path. Once Lara steps inside that path, a big spherical stone rolls down through that path. Immediately Lara jumps out and three gates get closed in that elevated path. Lara has to go through two doors in that room and unlocks two locks and unlocks the thrid lock in that main room itself to go through that closed path. Lara jumps down and finds a movable object with a Small platform at its top. Position that object between the face painted floor and Right door. Now, Lara goes up and goes through one of the door, with the help of the platform she fixed down. On nearing the key, the floor breaks down and Lara climbs up through the walls and push the level down, which opens one of the gates. Also, Lara gets her Seventh Artifact here and now Lara comes back to the main room. While coming back, Lara jumps down into a pit on th...

Tomb Raider - Peru: The Lost Valley

Image
This is a FANTASTIC and Big area with nice sceneries and some GREAT fight. The overall Objective is very simple, but it takes much time and skill to complete. The exit path is behind the water falls, that lies at the start. But since, the water is flowing at high speed, Lara cant enter exit way. So, Lara have to activate and close the Dam above, to get the path. To, close the path, She has to activate the mechanism at the side, which requires 3 Cog. 1. One Cog lies left to the Pond at the start, where Lara fights two wolves. 2. Another Cog lies up the hill, where the waterfall originates. Go uphill along the river's side. The place where Lara gets the Cog, there will be a level. Activate it to open the gate underwater, within which the second Relic (Kero Mug) lies. But, Lara cant get that Relic now, because of the fast stream of water. 3. Getting the final Cog brings in great adventurous fun. On the way, Lara gets her Fifth Artifact. This artifact lies in a small recess in the wall...

Tomb Raider - Peru: City Of Vilacabamba

Image
Two wolves welcomes Lara to the City of Vilacabamba. Lara shoots them down and then again have a small fight with a bear, near the huts. The key to the Next Gate is nowhere to be found. So, Lara dives into the water pool at the center of the town. She swins under the water and comes out of another pit. After searching that area for about a minute, She gets the Village Key. But, before proceeding, Lara climbs the Huts, goes above and gets the Fourth Artifact of Peru. Then, Lara goes through the Village gate, by opening it with Village Key. On going through, She comes to a place with some wolves and a Big Gate, which is locked. There are two paths at each side of the gate and these paths leads to the Unlocking mechanism at the top of the gate. Lara opens both the locks and the gate opens. After a short running, she reaches the next area of Peru, The Lost Valley. Click here to see the Level Statistics.

Tomb Raider - Peru: Mountain Caves

I very eagerly started this game and have no patience to watch the Cinematics. I skipped all the Cinematics and started playing straight away. In exploring the game area, I think Lara is very skilled than my favourite Prince in Prince of Persia. But for me, Prince is THE BEST. In the game start, Lara stands near the Entrance of Mountain caves in Peru, separated from her Guide. Lara then jumps through the rocks and reach the Gate above there. But the gate is locked and her Guide have no clue about opening the Gate. So, she again jumps through the rocks there and presses a yellow button directly above the big gate. Then, a scene appears, in which the big Gate opens and a pack of wolves come out and kills Lara's guide, followed by some action stunts performed by Lara. She, finishes all the wolves and goes into the Gate. She carefully crosses a narrow path with Sharp Darts shooting out from the small openings in the wall. After that, she comes to a place, which has a small staircase. I...
