Morrowind: Hlaalu Hortator

Image
I got myself a copy of Yellow Book, which has a list of all the councilors of House Hlaalu. Then, I started visiting each one of them to get my approval to be Hortator of the great house Hlaalu. First, I went to Hlaalu Canton in Vivec. There I met Uncle Crassius and told him my Nerevarine story. He asked me 1000 gold to get his approval. I gave him that money and I accepted to name me Hortator and he told me to go and speak to other councilors. He also told me that if I was able to find Dram Bero, who is having his invisible house somewhere in Vivec, then he will accept my request. Then he told me to speak to Orvas Dren and Velanda and Nevena will automatically accept my offer. After searching the No Name Club, I went inside the Haunted Manor in St. Olms and found Dram Bero inside. He accepted me to be the Hlaalu Hortator. I travelled to Dren Plantation and met Orvas Dren. I persuaded him and made him to tell Velanda and Nevena to accept my offer. Then, I visited them both and without ...

Tomb Raider: Greece: Midas's Palace

There is a big statue at the entrance itself. Its hands are broken and there are four slots around its legs. On one of the slot, a golden bar is fixed and the other slots are empty. The objective of Lara in this area is to find the other three Golden Bars. There are three doors in that room. Each room has some excellent puzzle and provides Lara with a Lead Bar. In one of the room, the Lead Bar lies in a large pillar, but is inaccessible. Lara then finds a path underground where the pillar's supports are situated. Lara breaks all the three supports which makes the Lead bar to fall down and breaks the lower part of the pillar. Lara picks up the Lead Bar and goes to the room above and finds that the whole room is collapsed. There, she jumps through the ledges and broken pillars to get some medipacks and also she finds a way, in which lies the level to open one of the three doors at the Midas's Palace. Another is a Fire Room. This room has a pond at the bottom and is full of pillar...

AOE 2: Attila The Hun: A Barbarian Betrothal

This mission takes place in Icy Place. This a nice change after playing all the games in grass land. Also, the coolest thing about this mission is that, Huns can now get into Imperial Age from this mission onwards. The Objective is to defeat three Empires, Burgundy, Metz and Orleans. After developing a small army, I went to attack Burgundy. Since, I didnt have a Castle to create Trebuchets, I created a small number of Battering Rams. On destroying the town center of Burgundy, they proposed an ally request for 500 gold and a Castle on their area for defense. Immediately, I retreated, and accepted their proposal, by giving them 500 gold and building castle on their land. I thought that they would be much help when invading other empires. But, these idiots not all developed any army. They keep on collecting the resources. Next I invaded Metz and defeated them easily with my mighty army. Next I went into the lands of Orleans and while fighting them a big Roman Army appeared out of nowhere....

AOE 2: Attila The Hun: Walls of Constantinople

I played this mission a week ago. So, I dont remember the gameplay to very detailed level. Here, I write what is till there in my mind... The Objective of this game is to get 10,000 gold. But, you wont be having gold to mine from or market to trade with. Actually, the objective is to get 10,000 gold from Rome. To accomplish this, you have to destroy the buildings of Rome. On, losing some important buildings(like, Town Center, Dock, Castle, etc.,) Romans will pay you a hefty amount of gold and plead you to stop your attacks. This is the only source of Gold, and it has to be wisely invested. For ranged Units, I created Skirmishers, since they dont use up any gold and I invested all the gold in creating a good Cavalry and Trebuchets. Marcianopolis(Green) will be very near to us and they are fortified with a wall too. Marcianopolis itself will give nearly 3000 gold(think so, not sure) on destroying all their buildings. Next, I developed a decent army and went to attack the well fortified C...

But, I am doing buying and selling stuff(actually, doing business, hehe) through the Merchant Mart and made some big profit. Once, you learned the Market, its very easy to earn money. Since, I now have 1 Billion gold and approximately another 1 Billion worth items(with my Main at lvl 40), I proclaim myself a Tycoon in LC and soon will do a post on "Money Making in Last Chaos"
